ORDERS

1) CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Creating an account will enable you to shop more easily – there’s no need to key in your information every single time you order from us & you are able to refer back to your past orders.

Here’s how you can create an account:

1) Click ‘sign up here’ button in the top of the page
2) Fill registration form in the right side of the page
3) Account created!

2) HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Once you see something that you want, pick your size/colour and click “Add to Cart”. Then, click the “Cart” icon on top right to checkout your item.
At checkout page, simply key in your details and payment information (don’t worry, your card details will be safe with us) and then click “Checkout” button.
Next, you will just have to wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

PS: Be sure to key in the accurate details because you do not want your order to end up somewhere or with someone..

 

3) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER(S)?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will take 1 to 2 working days for us to process and pack your items.

4) MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED, BUT THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT

Missing, wrong or damaged items?

Oops!

But don’t worry, you can contact our sales team via email (sales@aewon.com) or call us directly at +673 2428515 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will try our best to sort out your concerns.
For damaged items, do let us know if you would like us to replace or refund the item to you.

5) I DON'T LIKE MY ITEMS WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry that our items don’t meet your expectations but unfortunately returns or exchange is not possible.

6) MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?

Oh dear!

If items are damaged upon delivery, snap a photo and email it to us at sales@aewon.com. We will try our best to sort out the issue with you.

7) I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Unfortunately, once order is confirmed and paid, cancellation is not allowed.

WISHLIST ITEMS

Items in your wishlist will remain in the bag for as long as the product is still available. However, someone is still able to purchase these items in your wishlist bag as items won’t be placed on hold.

PAYMENTS

PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDERS CAN BE MADE THROUGH THE FOLLOWING:
• Debit / Credit Card payment
• Cash on Delivery

PAYMENT SECURITY
All debit or credit card information is well-secured and stored.

DELIVERY & FEES

1) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH MY DOORSTEP?

For Brunei-Muara area, delivery will takes 2 to 3 working days.
For Tutong or Belait area, delivery will takes 3 to 5 working days.

We understand sometimes you need your items urgently, so kindly contact us at +6732428515 to arrange for express delivery.

2) DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

That can be arranged! Just drop us an email at sales@aewon.com.

3) HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

There is no delivery fee charged for local delivery
However, there is a small fee applicable for express and international shipping. Shipping fee does not include custom or other duties fee.

4) ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?

We do not do delivery or shipping to restricted areas and PO Box addresses.

5) CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

For local delivery, tracking is not possible
For international shipping, there will be a tracking code provided.
